If you go to your org settings and you don't see your membership but you know that you have one, then try the following workarounds.
First, make sure that you have selected the right org. Use the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner to check your orgs and switch to any other orgs that you have.
After you switch orgs, check your org settings again to see if your membership is associated with a different org.
If that doesn't work, check to see if your membership is associated with a different email address.

Use the dropdown menu to sign out of your account, then sign in with a different email address and check org settings again.
